At Raw Farms, we ensure that every product is packed carefully and delivered with quality assurance. Since honey is a consumable product, we do not offer refunds once the order is delivered.

Replacement Policy

We only provide replacement in the following cases:

  • Bottle received damaged or broken

  • Product leaked during delivery

  • Wrong product delivered

Conditions for Replacement

  • Customer must contact us within 24 hours of delivery

  • Clear photos/videos of the damaged product and package must be shared

  • Replacement will be processed after verification

Non-Returnable Items

We do not accept returns or refunds for:

  • Change of mind

  • Taste preference

  • Opened or used products

  • Delay caused by courier partners
